WHITE PAPER | Lighting for Health: on Human-Centric Lighting

Luminus Devices designs and manufactures LEDs for a wide range of applications, including new warm white and color-tunable LEDs that enable lighting designers and makers of light fixtures/luminaires to create lighting schemes that support the latest research in “human-centric lighting”.  HCL is the science of how light affects human circadian rhythms and can affect alertness, productivity, sleep cycles, and more.  In this ghost-written white paper, I collaborated with a leading industry subject matter expert, product engineers, and performed market research to develop and write this white paper, and managed a technical artist to create custom illustrations and graphics. It combines easily-accessible information for readers new to the topic, with more technical details for engineers.  It has been distributed broadly within relevant segments of the LED industry, helping to establish Luminus as a thought leader and spotlighted its innovative products.
