They had a unique opportunity to land a large, multi-year contract to become the system of choice for a high-profile regional service organization, if they could submit a competitive proposal in response to a national RFP solicitation. I coordinated the project, working with subject matter experts (SMEs), sales, and the executive team to develop win themes and define competitive differentiators to meet the specific needs of the customer. Pulling together all the content, writing a compelling executive summary, editing and checking compliance in a matter of weeks, the proposal was submitted and my client went on to win the business.
